Account Management Establish and maintain key account relationships. Achieve key customer account objectives in line with business strategy. Follow the company account planning process to meet performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs. Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs Produce customer account plans that meet company standards. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meets company standards. Focus on growing and developing existing client accounts, together with developing new business opportunities. Work with senior management to identify resources required to successfully deliver customer requirements. Manage escalation of issues as appropriate as well as being responsible for their successful resolution. Spot scope changes and revenue generation opportunities. Sales Function Sell directly to Government Departments and through partners. Compile sales proposals based on customer requirements. Prepare for and deliver demonstrations of software products and solutions Co-ordinate presales services, e.g., estimation, technical specification and scoping of project deliverables. Proactively search out market opportunities for customer upselling and cross selling. Research and understand client and market needs and effectively communicate these needs internally. Collaborative working Responsible for maintaining and developing effective customer relations. Act as key interface between the customer and all relevant internal business function personnel. Build and maintain effective internal relationships to facilitate collaboration and effective team working. Build and maintain effective communications with clients to support good working relationships. Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and strategic partners
